Ordering flower thru White Rose website is easy, please follow these steps: Select shopping place, if Thailand click Shopping Thailand - destination province- Buy Now- select size, enter Delivery Date-Period-Card Message-Add to Shopping Cart-then Check Out, enter Billing & Shipping Address, Your email is a Must, next is Select Your Payment & Shipment, next page is your Order Confirmation you be able review your order-enter Payment page then to Credit Card section. After credit card information has bee filled please click Pay. Your order will be successfully completed when the payment transaction online approved. |

| How do I know if website received my order ? |
| We have your order registered as soon you have received the order confirmation with your personal order reference number with the confirmation of payment transaction approved online from the bank ( once on screen and once per email ). Please make sure to keep your reference number handy for any further questions you may have concerning your flower delivery. |

| What are the conditions for hospital deliveries ? |
| Kindly enter the following details: Full name and address of the hospital-telephone number of the hospital (if available) ward name or room number and full name and family name of the recipient. Delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hospital. Please note that some hospitals do not permit to have flowers delivered to the intensive care. In this case you would be alerted by us and the florist stays in close contact with the hospital staff in order to delivery your flower as soon as the patient is allowed to receive your flowers. |

| What are the conditions for hotel deliveries ? |
Please enter the following details: Full name and address of the hotel-telephone number of hotel (if available), Room Number (if available), name of the tour agency with booking number (if available) and last but not least do state recipient's full name family name as registered in the hotel. The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hotel |

| What happens if the recipient is not at delivery address |
| We will attempt delivery , and try to reach the recipient later by phone. If we unable to delivery the flowers and unable to reach the recipient within 48 hours after the first attempt of delivery, you will be informed by email that no delivery could be made |

We do not have any deliver time guarantee, our florist will deliver during his regular business hours. If the flowers need to arrive the recipient at a specific time please send us an email. The delivery time request morning or afternoon is not guaranteed, however, our florists will do their utmost best to meet your delivery time request |
